1. Return & Replacement Window
- General issues (wrong item, quality concern): report within 5 days of delivery.
- Damaged, defective, or missing items: report within 2 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, in saleable condition, and in their original packaging with all tags and invoices intact.
2. Hygiene & Safety Exclusions
Due to safety and hygiene reasons, perfumes and bodycare products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.
3. How to File a Claim

- Provide Details: Include your order number and clear unboxing video evidence of the damage, leakage, or incorrect item.
- Approval: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and will connect with you.
4. Refund & Replacement Timelines
- Claim review: within 2 business days of receiving your request.
- Replacement dispatch: within 3–5 business days of approval.
- Store credit issuance: within 3 business days of approval, valid 60 days.
- Cancellation refunds: within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched — contact support with your order details.
- Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Refunds for prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
6. Return Shipping
For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item claims, we cover the cost of replacement shipping. Hygiene-restricted items (perfumes and bodycare) are resolved on the basis of photo/video evidence.
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used perfumes and bodycare products
- Items without original packaging, tags, or invoice
- Items marked as final sale or clearance at the time of purchase

How long do I have to return or replace a product?
You have 5 days from delivery for general issues, and 2 days from delivery to report a damaged, defective, or missing item.
Can I return an opened perfume or bodycare product?
No, due to safety and hygiene reasons, perfumes and body care cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.
What if my order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect?
Email us at support@jaadughar.world within 2 days of delivery with your order number and clear photo/video evidence. We'll review it within 2 business days and arrange a replacement.
Will I get a cash refund?
Delivered products are resolved via replacement or a store credit coupon (valid 60 days), not cash. Refunds to your original payment method only apply if you cancel an order before it's dispatched.
How long does a replacement or refund take?
Claim review: within 2 business days. Replacement dispatch: within 3–5 business days of approval. Store credit: issued within 3 business days. Cancellation refunds: within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, free of charge, as long as it hasn't been dispatched yet. Once shipped, it can't be cancelled; our return/replacement process applies instead.
What items can't be returned at all?
Opened or used perfumes and bodycare, items missing original packaging/tags/invoice, and items marked as final sale or clearance at checkout.
