These Terms and Conditions define and govern the relationship between you (the "user") and OCT'83 Private Limited, hereinafter referred to as "JAADU GHAR," in connection with the website jaadughar.world (the "Site"). By using the Site, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Continued use of the Site implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which are subject to change without prior notice.
1. About Jaadu Ghar
JAADU GHAR operates from the website jaadughar.world (the "Site"), offering fragrance and personal care products for order, along with related informational content. This website serves as a portal to browse our products and services and to place orders, and may in the future offer additional related services.
2. Information and Intellectual Property Policy
All publicly viewable information available on the Site is the sole intellectual property of JAADU GHAR / OCT'83 Private Limited unless otherwise stated. All efforts are undertaken to ensure that the information available on the Site is accurate and kept up to date.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds, replacements, and store credit are processed as set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy [link]. In brief:
- Cancellation refunds for prepaid orders (cancelled before dispatch) are credited to the original payment method within 5 business days.
- Approved replacement claims are dispatched within 3–5 business days of approval.
- Approved store credit is issued within 3 business days of approval and is valid for 60 days.
4. Privacy Policy
At JAADU GHAR, we work to protect the personal information you share with us. No more personal data is collected than is necessary to process your orders, respond to your queries, and operate the Site. The Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in our operations or legal requirements.
5. Order Policy
a. Pricing All products are sold at or below MRP unless otherwise specified. The price shown at the time of placing an order is the applicable price.
b. Shipping
- Shipping charges, if any, and Cash on Delivery (COD) availability and charges are shown at checkout before you place your order and are subject to change.
- Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days from dispatch, depending on the delivery address. Deliveries are made on working days only.
- We currently ship within India only.
- To reschedule a delivery, contact us at +91 8800636903, or track your order using the tracking number in your dispatch confirmation email.
c. Cancellation Policy Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched — contact care@jaadughar.world or +91 8800636903 with your order details. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled; the returns/replacement process at Section 5(d) applies instead. Refunds for prepaid cancellations are credited to the original payment method within 5 business days.
d. Returns, Replacements & Exchanges
- General issues (wrong item, quality concern): report within 5 days of delivery.
- Damaged, defective, or missing items: report within 2 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, in saleable condition, with original packaging, tags, and invoice intact.
- Perfumes and bodycare products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used, for safety and hygiene reasons.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance at checkout, and items missing original packaging/tags/invoice, are non-returnable.
- Approved claims are resolved via replacement or store credit (valid 60 days); cash refunds apply only to pre-dispatch cancellations, not to delivered-product claims.

f. You Agree and Confirm i. That if non-delivery occurs due to an error on your part (e.g. incorrect name, address, or other details), any additional cost incurred by JAADU GHAR for redelivery may be claimed from you. ii. That you will use the Site and its services for lawful purposes only, and comply with all applicable laws while using and transacting on the Site. iii. That you will provide accurate and true information wherever requested. JAADU GHAR reserves the right to verify any information provided and may reject an order at its sole discretion if such information is found to be inaccurate. iv. That you will review the product description carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale included in that product's description.
6. Copyright & Trademark
JAADU GHAR, its suppliers, and licensors reserve all intellectual property rights in the text, content, programs, and materials appearing on the Site. Access to the Site does not confer any license under JAADU GHAR's or any third party's intellectual property rights. All rights, including copyright, in the Site are owned by OCT'83 Private Limited. Use of the Site or its contents — including copying or storing them, in whole or part — other than for personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without permission.
"JAADU GHAR," and all associated logos, names, and graphics are trademarks and/or trade dress of OCT'83 Private Limited and may not be used without express permission. References on the Site to third-party names, products, services, or hyperlinks to third-party sites are provided solely for convenience and do not imply endorsement by JAADU GHAR. JAADU GHAR may engage other companies and individuals to perform functions such as delivery and data analysis, who may have access to personal information solely to perform those functions.
7. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Use of the Site is entirely at your own risk. The Site and its contents are provided on an "as is," "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JAADU GHAR disclaims all representations and warranties, including but not limited to warranties of availability, accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. JAADU GHAR does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
Neither JAADU GHAR / OCT'83 Private Limited, nor its directors, employees, agents, licensors, or associates, shall be liable for damages of any kind — direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, or otherwise related to your relationship with JAADU GHAR.
8. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JAADU GHAR / OCT'83 Private Limited, its employees, directors, officers, agents, and their successors and assigns, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your actions or inactions, including any breach of these Terms and Conditions or violation of applicable law. This clause survives the expiry or termination of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising between you and JAADU GHAR in connection with the validity, interpretation, implementation, or alleged breach of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi, India.
